Features

The box forming machine forms either lids or bottoms for 5 kg cartons for shell-on shrimp. In this version, the magazine for carton is integrated in the machine, thus saving space. The machine is designed to form part of an automatic line, delivering the lids/ bottoms to the weighing stations.

Full automatic hot melt adhesive right angle carton forming machine is a fully automatic paper lunch box forming equipment,with the advantages of fast speed and easy operation. This machine adopts self-contained hot air generator,which is suitable for single PE coated paper,double PE coated paper,kraft paper,white cardboard,corrugated paper,etc.Automatic hot melt adhesive right angle carton forming machine,through automatic paper feeding,glue spraying,roll forming (four corners of the carton,triangle) and other continuous processes,is used to produce single cell packaging carton.

This is China's first self-developed paper feeding system.Our feeder has many patents.What we are showing you now is model 520H.This model max paper width is 490 millimeter and max paper length is 580 millimeter.If you need a longer length,the length can be customized.

Q9. How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11. What’s the payment term?

A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
